Delete Your Account
How to delete your MRO Tracker account, including the MRO Tracker Pilot, Mechanic and Admin apps, and what happens to your data.
Request deletion
- Email support@mrotracker.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Account deletion request.
- Include your name and your organization.
- We confirm the request with you and with your organization's administrator, then delete your account. We reply to confirm when it's done.
Your organization's administrator can also remove you directly in MRO Tracker.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in details, profile and contact information
- Your app registrations for notifications, your MRO Insight history and your messages
- Flight recordings, photos and expenses you uploaded that your organization is not required to keep
What your organization keeps
Aviation regulations require operators and repair stations to keep certain records. Maintenance entries and sign-offs, flight releases, flight and duty records you signed or took part in stay with your organization, with your name on them, for as long as they must be kept. Login and audit history is kept for a limited period for security.
MRO Tracker FAA app
MRO Tracker FAA has no account. Saved inquiries stay on your device only. Delete them in the app, or uninstall the app to remove them.
